Which is good?

So the political war is on its spike currently in our country and it amazes me how much it affects our lives. I was never so much interested about politics, I never even looked at any political stuff, but for last some months I am trying to understand and learn a bit more about this, and honestly the more I learned about it the more I got scared and pissed off. Why I got pissed off, because I couldn’t find any good or a right way in it.

So currently BJP is contesting TMC in W.B., it’s kinda special because TMC has ruled over W.B. for several decades now and I have never seen such a huge impact of politics anywhere in India like in W.B. I have seen and even experienced many discrimination based on my caste, color, even language well not on religion maybe because I live in Hindu majority country. But in W.B. it’s different, I used to love W.B. for this same reason, because in W.B. people don’t normally discriminate based on you caste, color or religion well it used to be like this, but after 2014 I felt like something changed, people started talking about hindus and muslims and I never experienced that before specially in bengal. So for last several months, I wanted to know how this change happened.

To understand this we need to go back to the british era, britishers implemented jamidari system in India, to collect taxes and keep there control. Well after independence, INC took over bengal but the jamidari system was still there in bengal. During 1960s, a new party CPIM took over bengal using this jamidari system as there main political campaign or basically based on the discrimination of rich farmers and poor farmers. They ruled over bengal for several decades to come, and they kinda wrote the history of bengal politics and implemented something called party-society system, that’s why we got that unique discrimination based on which party one supports, but due to lack of financial support from the center, this discrimination mattered more now, because if you support the ruling party you get support from it or else nada. Next TMC took over in 2004 I guess, and they used to same tactic CPIM used but with a little different approach, they used the same discrimination as their main agenda for political campaign and took over, still now the party-society system was still there and one can still find it if he/she ever visits the rural areas of bengal.

So what really changed after 2014, well now that I think of it basically nothing its still the same the only difference is the issue earlier the issue was based on party but now the issue is based on religion and that’s what BJP is doing differently and winning.

Then why I do I feel so unease. Well I feel sorry and feel butchered because they have been using us like pawns, but if we think real deep into it they were only able to use us, because we let them. I always hated discrimination, maybe because I experienced it and it’s not good, so maybe that’s why I don’t feel so supportive to BJP, but every party does the same, so which one is good, well no one because politics will always be dirty because humans will always be the same full of hate, disgrace and shit.

So in the end, I don’t blame any political party honestly I wanna salute them for using the worst things in an human to make there pawn. So in the end, democratic system can never be good, because humans will never change.

Now what should I do, well I am not sure and I certainly don’t wanna go in this line, it’s definitely not made for me. All I can do is, well don’t make any noises, just let the world burn and think about my own house that’s all.
